Unstellar Support

The support I've seen (or lack thereof) from DreamHost today has been...very very lackluster. For the past 36 hours or so they've been having connectivity problems, bringing their main site, client sites, and the administration panel down for hours on end. There have been two whole updates on their website, and on top of that, they cut their discount in half. If I bother staying with them for two years, I'll certainly not use it for anything production-worthy (my home VM is faster than the shared server I'm on). Not to mention the load on my server, hovering around 20 for the past hour or so with 8 cores at most. Overloading servers, much?
